The purpose of this period of test access is solely to give the user greater insight into the contents and scope of BOP500. Users are prohibited from using BOP500 for commercial use, resale, replication of the software or its features. Users are prohibited from interfering with the system, or engaging in any activity that could damage or compromise the security or functionality of BOP500 services.

All information, reports and data obtained from the BOP500 website will be treated as confidential and will not be passed to any third party, whether as an organisation or individual. On completion of the test access, all such information will be deleted from the users’ computers and systems and will not be used for any purpose whatsoever without the prior written approval of BOP.

The user accepts that no liability for any losses or damages will be incurred by BOP in any respect from this period of test access.

The test user will ensure that all colleagues and employees are informed of these conditions.

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights, associated with BOP500 and the underlying technology, remain the sole property of BOP Consulting.

Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of BOP500.

BOP Consulting reserve the right to terminate a user's access to BOP500 at any time, without prior notice, if they breach the terms and conditions or engage in any unauthorized activities.

Any legal disputes or claims arising from or in connection with BOP500 and its terms and conditions will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
