Working alongside the Managing Director, she implements solutions that embed the company’s strategy in its daily activities. She brings experience from previous operations roles with award winning social housing designers Karakusevic Carson Architects, as well as preeminent cultural architecture practice Carmody Groarke.
Kata works across all areas of operations, currently updating processes and systems linked to project and financial management, knowledge systematization and HR. Her mission is to foster an inclusive and equitable culture, enabling the team to deliver impactful work in the sector, by championing transparent leadership and empowering colleagues across all levels.
Alongside her work at BOP, Kata co-leads the London chapter of Zebras Unite, a cooperatively owned movement creating culture, capital & community for the next economy. She is specifically interested in alternative financial and business models within the creative economy.
Kata holds a BA in Communication, Criticism and Curation in Art and Design, and an MA in Arts and Cultural Enterprise from Central Saint Martins.
Based in London, Kata manages operations and leads on culture development at BOP.
