She has a background of working collaboratively with governments, cultural organisations and brands providing project management, research and analysis, market insights, and stakeholder engagement to identify growth opportunities. Prior to joining BOP, Bianca worked across the UK and West Africa supporting the design and development of projects within the creative industries.
She is passionate about the value and contribution of culture in sustainable development, and is interested in the cultural models and strategies of Small Island Developing States. Her recent work includes market analysis on the digital divide for a market town in the West Midlands.
Bianca holds a BA in Cultural Studies and Social Anthropology, and an MA in Cultural Policy, Relations & Diplomacy from Goldsmiths, University of London, where her dissertation focused on the role and impact of cultural diplomacy in city branding.
Bianca is an experienced project manager and mixed-method researcher, with experience in the public and private sector.
