With over 20 years of experience in the cultural sector as a consultant, producer, researcher and creative artist, Laura’s expertise spans cultural asset strategy, talent and ecosystem development, and creative R&D.
Her perspective is shaped by her earlier career as a creative practitioner, working with leading organisations such as The Royal Ballet, The National Theatre, Barbican, Sadler’s Wells, the Brooklyn Academy of Music, the Hollywood Bowl and Opéra Comique Paris. At BOP, Laura has led income generation and business model development for international theatres, concert halls and museums, and developed business cases for pioneering organisations in the museum sector. She has also co-authored research into the creative freelance workforce in partnership with the University of Sussex.
Laura is a board member of Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures and holds an MBA with distinction from Bayes Business School, City University of London, with a specialist in strategy.
Laura is an Associate Director at BOP where she plays a key role in building the company’s portfolio and reputation across the Gulf region - bringing clarity and strategic insight to some of our most ambitious projects.
