With BOP she has delivered projects for funding bodies, government agencies and cultural institutions across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Americas.
These include a multi-year evaluation for the Arts Council England and the National Lottery Heritage Fund, quantitative and qualitative analysis for UNESCO’s 2021 Re|Shaping Cultural Policies Report and a performing arts sector strategy.
In her previous role with the British Council, Lizzie used research and analysis to inform UK government policy and engage political stakeholders and was instrumental in establishing the British Council foreign policy forum. Lizzie has also worked for a think tank on UK-EU relations based at The Policy Institute, King’s College London and programmed the annual conference of the Trans Europe Halles (TEH) network of independent cultural centres.
In 2018, she was awarded a British Council Venice research fellowship and made a Milton Wolf Emerging Scholar in Public Diplomacy. She has an MA in Cultural Policy, Relations and Diplomacy from Goldsmiths and an undergraduate degree in French and History from the University of Edinburgh
