Adept at project and stakeholder management, Rhiannon honed her consultancy skills whilst working for The Audience Agency. Here she developed particularly specialisms in evaluation, audience development, and audience insight through projects with – amongst others – the Royal Shakespeare Company, Birmingham International Dance Festival, Culture Central, and The Sixteen.
Her current BOP projects include the evaluation of the eighth year of the BFI’s Film Academy, which offers opportunities for talented young filmmakers to develop the specialist skills they need to be part of the future of the UK film industry.
Prior to joining BOP in January 2020, Rhiannon worked with the alumni relations team at the University of Birmingham. Whilst working at the university she was independently commissioned by Writing West Midlands to provide audience development support for READ ON, a Creative Europe funded project that aims to enhance literacy in 12-19-year olds across Europe. Rhiannon holds a B.A. in English from the University of Birmingham.
Rhiannon is an experienced consultant who has spent the last ten years working in a variety of roles in the cultural and higher education sectors, since the start of her career at Arts Council England.
