BOP Reports
At BOP she supports the delivery of strategies and evaluations for cultural organisations, funding bodies and government agencies. Her recent work includes projects for the National Archives, Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, Arts Council England, Arts and Humanities Research Council, British Council, V&A Dundee and the University of Oxford.
Teodora is currently supporting the consultative process for developing a new vision for the National Archives and delivering a multi-year evaluation of the British Council Sub-Saharan Africa’s Arts Programme.
Prior to BOP she worked as a Researcher at a small creative industries consultancy in London. During her studies, she was awarded the Laidlaw Research and Leadership Scholarship, and produced evaluations and strategies for cultural organisations and NGOs, including the National Institute of Heritage in Bucharest, Studio Wayne McGregor, Cambridge University Botanic Garden and West Euston Partnership. She speaks fluent Romanian.
She holds an MPhil in Heritage Studies at the University of Cambridge and a BA in History of Art with Material Studies at University College London.
Teodora is a skilled mixed-method senior researcher with experience in the UK, European and Romanian cultural sectors.
