Projects Sectors
The Albany is an art centre in Deptford, South-East London, with a long history of award winning community arts programming and high quality artistic productions.
We have been working with The Albany to secure support for their innovative project - to finance the £28m upgrade of The Albany by building 120 apartments on the site. Bringing together existing and new data analysis, this required a detailed and robust market appraisal, strategic-fit analysis, and financial modelling of various funding options.
The Albany will be using this document to communicate their existing and potential offer, to lever the additional funding required.
